David Kane, PhD

Managing Partner

David Kane has over 20 years of experience consulting to global biotech and biopharmaceutical companies. He has a strong record of growing and leading global healthcare consultancies and firmly believes that good client and team dynamics lie at the heart of every successful project.

David has led teams in the delivery of many award-winning programmes with clients, including AbbVie, Novo Nordisk, Boehringer Ingelheim, Roche and Takeda. In addition, his team was awarded the Holmes report’s “Best Healthcare Consultancy in the World” in 2014. David originally trained as a medical scientist, having worked at Caltech and UCLA. He has a PhD from the Max Planck Institute, and a degree in chemistry from Cambridge University.

Pat Ward

Pat Ward has over 15 years of pharmaceutical and healthcare marketing experience developing global communications strategy and planning for prescription products, consumer health and unbranded disease initiatives. More recently, Pat has also focused on internal change communications and affiliate activation.

Pat’s experience covers the full spectrum of strategic marketing for healthcare and pharmaceutical companies – making him ideally placed to lead strategy development for Arc Bio Communications.
